AE Mobile Inc. ("AE Mobile," "we," "us," or "our") designs, develops, and maintains the interactive application Rags to Riches - Idle Tycoon ("Rags to Riches" or the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement that governs your relationship with AE Mobile and your access to and use of our games, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
2.1 Account Registration. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
l Guest accounts may not have access to certain features, including in-app purchases.
l Game progress, data, and virtual items associated with a guest account may be permanently lost if you delete the App, switch devices, or experience a device failure. We are not responsible for any such loss.
2.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information (username, password, etc.) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

WE MAY, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, LIMIT, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT OR YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE, FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, INCLUDING IF WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS.
UPON TERMINATION, YOU MAY LOSE PERMANENT ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY USERNAME, PASSWORD, AND ALL DATA, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, AND VIRTUAL ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH IT. WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY SUCH LOSSES. IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
l Violating any applicable law or regulation.
l Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
l Harassing, abusing, or harming other users.
l Impersonating another person or entity.
l Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
l Infringing upon the intellectual property or other rights of AE Mobile or any third party.
From time to time, we may offer limited-time promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or special offers (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion may have additional rules which will be posted or made available to you. We are not obligated to provide, and you are not obligated to accept, any offer. Offers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a Promotion.
The Service may display advertisements from us or third parties and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and the third party. You access third-party links at your own risk.
7.1 Disclaimer. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, AE MOBILE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7.2 Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, AE MOBILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
